• Storage: Notes are saved in chrome.storage.local on your browser.
• Network: No data is sent to external servers by the extension.
• Control: You can export/import your notes manually.

Data We Store

The extension stores only the information you enter (e.g., names, titles, companies, notes, custom fields, and templates), plus basic timestamps for your convenience. This is saved locally via chrome.storage.local.

Permissions

The extension requests minimal permissions necessary to function:

• storage — to save your notes locally.
• sidePanel — to display the extension UI in Chrome’s side panel.
• tabs — to open/activate LinkedIn profile tabs when you select a saved person.
• host permissions (linkedin.com) — to detect when you’re viewing a LinkedIn profile and show relevant notes.

No permission is used to exfiltrate or transmit your data.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties. The extension does not include analytics, ads, or tracking beacons.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data remains on your device until you delete it, export it, or uninstall the extension.
• You can delete individual profiles/notes within the extension UI.
• Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage from your browser.

Children’s Privacy

This extension is intended for general productivity use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if functionality changes (for example, if optional sync or cloud features are added). We will update the “Effective date” above and the Chrome Web Store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
